We want to be sure we’re reporting the highest number so we need to have the boxes pull the SUMMIT (peak) snow count instead of the BASE (low) snow count. See screenshots. • For our guest, we want a self-service option to remove a Sheer ID credit from their account. Today, guests will call in to say they are no longer in college or with the military and request that the credit be removed. Today’s only option is to remove a sheer ID directly from the database.
• Below is the current admin flow, which provides context around what we want to achieve. The example below is how an admin can remove a credit but we are looking for a guest self-service option to remove a sheer ID.

For the 24/25 winter season, Bear Mountain has a new winter trail map. During summer 2024, the team removed Chair 2 and Chair 5. A brand new chair was installed. The new name for the new chair is Chair 5. The placement of the new chair is pretty similar to where Chair 2 was, but just more curved. We need this new updated map to reflect the changes on the Bear Mountain Winter IRIS board: . The board looks like it’s using Vico Maps. I am not sure what you need from to complete this. I emailed Harry from Vico Maps and provided him with the new map. Do you need the Vico link or a dropbox to the ai/jpg to the new BM map?

The Mammoth Ops Team would like to grant users access to specific sections of MtnPowder. For example, we would like to give ski patrol access only to the trail status page while restricting their access to other sections like snow conditions, resort configuration, and lift status.
There are times, especially during storm cycles and early/late season when it would be beneficial for patrol managers to update MtnPowder directly as the day progresses. This would eliminate the need for them to call the Ops Team for every change, improving efficiency and reducing the workload on our end.

Our new blog is using a Deals and Package Results Page Template in order to sort blog posts. For that to work, we must use the Deals and Package Detail Page Template for all blog posts. Because that template is locked down, we don’t have the flexibility we need to author engaging posts (ex., insert images, videos, etc). Our workaround is to use a Generic Page Template for the actual post and then redirect the D&P Detail Page to the Generic Page. For us to do this for every post, it would be very tedious and make for many redirects, not to mention a busy back end folder.
The Ask: Can we get the ability for a Generic Page Template to pull into a Deals and Package Results Page? Or, could we get the current Deals and Package Details Page Template unlocked so we can add components?

For the new “Activity Details Card” - can we update the “Type” to include each individual day of the week? Right now the only solo day is Thursday. As we move into Fall operating hours we start to see many nuances in hours, with even Saturday and Sunday hours varying. We could use each day individually in this second to piece together schedules. It would almost be helpful if down the road it was 2 drop downs, so you could select each day instead of the pre-determined combinations.

Once we complete the new SV mobile app, I can send over a 2024 SV summer trail map and SV specific 1024x104 banner ad by June or July. There are 3 old and now broken gtags, 4 defunct and about-to-break Universal Analytics gtags, and 1 Universal Analytics tag that hasn’t been used in years installed in BBMR’s header. Ideally the data shown should be as consistent as possible unless there is a compelling reason why it should changes.
View data in comment of what’s available by owned resorts and partner resorts. There is no need to comb through this info yet, but once we’ve decided on categories to recommend, we should review the data to ensure owned resorts and partner resorts both have access to that same data point (or what an equivalent or alternate would be for both).

I spoke with IT regarding this issue per Steve’s recommendation but they said they were unable to assist and that my IP will have to be whitelisted in Sitecore. My home address IP is 24.205.104.42. I am essentially unable to add/design new pages while this error persists. In the meantime, I am duplicating old pages or logging into a “remote onsite” computer available at Palisades (but then none of my personal computer documents/passwords, etc are available to me readily). My first request would obviously be to have my IP whitelisted, but given that I work remotely from different locations fairly often, I am hoping that there will be a way to prevent this issue entirely.

When a guest navigates to the order history section in French language on a mobile device, they are displayed wider than normal margins. The French Translation “Commande” causes the margin to expand past normal.
We have corresponded with the translation team, and unfortunately, “Commande” is indeed the most appropriate term we can use in this context to convey the meaning of an order accurately. Alternatives like “Choisir” wouldn’t correctly represent the action or status of an order, as it translates more closely to “choose” or “select.”
However, there’s a potential solution to the layout concern you’ve raised. In the French interface, we can consider removing the “#” symbol preceding order numbers. This symbol is not typically used in Francophone contexts (where “no” would be used instead), and in this specific instance, it’s not strictly necessary. Eliminating it could help reduce the overall width and improve the layout without compromising the understanding or functionality."

Schweitzer will not be moving to AW at the same time as they will be migrating to Sitecore. Therefore we cannot use the existing re-designed header nav as this does not include a cart option.
An new variation of the re-designed header nav is needed to include the cart icon.
This cart included variant will also be used on all other resorts not on AW.
Steamboat, Stratton, Solitude, Snowshoe, Winter park & Palisades Tahoe will use the AW version without the cart. All other resorts will need to use the cart. If the resort cannot fit both their approved mobile logo and the cam, provide an alternate version to include both. We may need to once again get approval from some of these resorts because of that - spencer can support if so!

We were going through the checkout flow with the Deer Valley season pass as an example, which includes both a winter and summer waiver. Listing two waivers twice looks like a mistake from a guest’s perspective. I think we need to add some labels to the Waiver page to display the difference between the two waivers and provide the guests with a better understanding.

Hamburger nav getting stuck. Matt M tested all the sites and this is only happening on BBMR from what he can tell. However, as he have been retesting BBMR he hasn’t been able to replicate this behavior again. The header nav is working as expected in incognito and across Chrome, FF, Safari, and Edge. For me, it’s still happening to me. I’ll ask around too, maybe it’s my MacBook? I had cleared my cookies and everything, so I don’t know. I only started experiencing it today (4.4.24).
