Gathering Info with a Form

1. Create a table via ‘/table’ command. Select “Start blank” and name your table so you can find it in the next step. For each form field you would like to add, create a column in the table. This is where all your form data will be stored as submissions are completed.

2. Create a form via ‘/form’ command and pick the table you just created from the list.

3. Edit table layout via ‘Edit Table’ on the top right of the table. Change names of fields as needed. Move fields around. Add field instructions.

4. Publish and share link via ‘Publish Form’ on the top right of the table.
