If you are having issues with previewing the Ikon Pass staging site (basically you can’t see any of the changes you made), please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Make sure you are logged into Sanity on the same browser you are trying to view the preview site on.
Check that the staging url has ?preview=true on the end and the “preview mode active” box is visible at the top of the page
If you have confirmed all those things, and you still cannot view the staging site, follow the steps below based on the browser you are using:
Sanity Preview relies on authentication cookies to grant users access to draft content in the Ikonpass’ preview link. So it is important that the browsers are configured to allow the Ikon pass website to use the 3rd party cookie created by the Sanity CMS.
Windows
Edge
Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
On the top right side of the window, select “More”.
Select “Settings”.
Select “Cookies and site permissions”.
Select “Manage and delete cookies and site data”
Check that the toggle for “Allow sites to save and read cookie data” is turned on
Turn off “Block third-party cookies”.
Macintosh
Safari
Open Safari
Click “Safari” in the Top bar
Select “Preferences…”
Navigate to “Privacy”
Uncheck “Prevent cross-site tracking”

Firefox
Open Firefox browser on your computer.
On the top right side of the window, select “More”.
Select “Settings”.
Select “Privacy & Security”
Change tracking protection to “Custom”
Untoggle the “Cookies”
Chrome
Open your Chrome browser on your computer
On the top right, select More
Select Settings
Select “Privacy and security”
Click “Third-party cookies” and other site data.
Click the “Add” button under the customized behaviors
Type “[*.]ikonpass.com” into the input box and add
